PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ada Castillo has experience providing advice to national and international clients in banking, derivative financial and securities transactions, as well as in banking, data protection and FinTech regulatory issues.
She has advised Mexican and foreign financial institutions on debt, equity and structured products (including CKDs and CERPIs), and in private and public offerings. She has participated in the structuring, investment and implementation of various energy and infrastructure projects. Additionally, Ada has extensive experience in corporate matters, audits and in the implementation of corporate structures in various industries.

RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
- Represents Mexican and foreign financial institutions in their financial derivative transactions.
- Represents Mexican and foreign financial institutions on financial regulatory matters.
- Represented Banco Centroamericano de Integración Económica in connection with the issuance of Medium-Term Fixed Rate Notes in the amount of MXN$3,428 million under the authorized program for a total of up to USD$8,000 million.
- Represented the Central American Bank for Economic Integration, in connection with the issuance of Medium-Term Floating Rate Notes for an amount of MXN$5,000 million, based on the authorized program for a total of up to USD$8,000 million, classified as the first issue of a social bond for reconstruction and recovery by COVID-19 in Mexico and Latin America.
- Represented ENGIE and its affiliates in connection with a joint venture with Tokyo Gas for the construction and operation of a portfolio of projects, which was negotiated and agreed simultaneously with the financing for thed development and operation of four solar farms and two wind farms comprising the portfolio of projects, with a combined generating capacity of 721 MW.
