Paola Igartúa has experience in capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions representing buyers and sellers in acquisition and sale processes in a variety of sectors.She has also advised financial institutions in the structuring of domestic and international financings, and she been involved in debt and equity investments.

RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
- Represented Credit Suisse in the USD$500 million financing with Unifin.
- Represented Deutsche Bank in the acquisition of its trust business by CI Banco.
- Represented Banco Santander, BBVA Bancomer, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation; Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Banking; MUFG Bank Mexico, Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Públicos, Nacional Financiera, Banco Nacional de Comercio Exterior, Banco Inbursa, Grupo Financiero Inbursa, CaixaBank, GE Capital EFS Financing and HSBC Mexico, in connection with the refinancing of a senior credit facility entered into between TAG Norte Holding and TAG Pipelines Norte, for the development, construction and operation of a gas pipeline known as "Ramones Norte".
- Represented BBVA in the establishment of structured note issuance programs.
- Represented Banco Sabadell and Scotiabank Inverlat, as lender, in the granting of a MXN$1,350 million loan in favor of Parks (through an investment vehicle), to finance the development and construction of the property known as "Distrito Querétaro", located in Querétaro, Mexico.
