PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Juan Carlos Rodríguez has advised financial institutions in the granting of credits and other types of loans to domestic and foreign companies, as well as in the issuance of financial instruments, including Certificados Bursátiles and Bonos Bancarios Estructurados.

RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
- Represented BBVA Bancomer in connection with a senior secured loan agreement entered into by Rassini, for a total amount of USD$470 million to refinance existing debt.
- Represented Export - Import Bank of Korea in connection with the public offering of MXN$7,000 million of its 7.930% Notes, which constituted its first issuance of Mexican Notes (certificados bursátiles) in México.
- Represented HSBC México in connection with the structuring and implementation of the first and second issuance of bonds of MXN$7,459 and MXN$4,038 million each, with respect to a 5 year MXN$40,000 million program.
- Represented HSBC México in connection with the structuring and implementation of the first reinstatement of the first and second issuance of bonds of MXN$4,633 and MXN$380,139 million each, with respect to a 5 year MXN$40,000 million program.
- Represented Reichmann International in the sale of its remaining interest in the Torre Mayor project to FUNO.
- Represented UBS Investment Bank in connection with Docuforma's international public offer of Senior Notes for a total amount of USD$150 million.
