PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Rodrigo Vázquez specializes in energy and infrastructure project financing transactions, providing legal advice to developers as well as to commercial and development banks. He has also participated in major financing operations, advising local and foreign financial institutions and private and public companies.

RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
- Represented ENGIE and its affiliates, including Heolios Intermediate 1, Engie Eólica Tres Mesas 3, Eólica Tres Mesas 4, Recursos Solares PV de México IV, BNB Villa Ahumada Solar, Buenos Días Energía and Engie Abril PV, in connection with its joint venture with Tokyo Gas related to the construction and development of a portfolio of projects (four solar parks and two wind farms in Mexico), which closed concurrently with the relevant project financing.
- Represented ENGIE and its affiliates, in connection with a limited recourse project financing in respect of four solar parks and two wind farms in Mexico with a combined generation capacity of 721 MW.
- Represented the banks in the negotiations of the credit facilities and their execution, from a Mexican Law perspective, in the refinancing of PEMEX's debt through a USD$5,500 million Revolving Credit Facility Agreement and a USD$2,500 million Term Loan Facility Agreement, granted by 23 banks.
