Eduardo Aiza has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions representing purchasers, sellers and financial advisors in acquisition and selling processes in a variety of sectors, of both public and private companies, as well as in the creation of joint ventures and strategic alliances. Additionally, he has advised private equity and venture capital funds in multiple financing rounds in startups and various companies. 

Eduardo has advised financial institutions and companies in the structuring and restructuring of domestic and cross-border financings. He also has advised underwriters and issuers in debt and equity offerings in Mexico and abroad.

From 2017 to 2019 he worked as a foreign associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in the Houston and New York offices, where he was part of the Latin America practice group.
