PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Emilio Lie has experience advising national and international financial institutions in structuring and restructuring credit facilities for companies in Mexico and abroad.As to his experience in real estate, he has experience advising investment funds in the acquisition and financing of real estate assets.In mergers and acquisitions, he has advised purchasers and sellers in the process of acquisition of private companies in national and international transactions.

- Represented HSBC Mexico in a loan of MXN$2,000 million granted to Paseo Inter.
- Represented HSBC Mexico, Banco Santander and Arrendadora Actinver in a loan of MXN$1,000 million granted to Operadora y Administradora Sports World.
- Represented the holders of certain senior secured notes of IUSA in the issuance of Series A and B notes for US$250 million.
- Represented Walton Street Capital in the acquisition of a portfolio of 17 industrial properties.
- Represented Walton Street Capital in the implementation of a joint venture with Intermex for the acquisition and development of industrial properties.
- Represented BBVA in a loan of a USD$100 million granted to Aeromexico as part of the DIP financing.
- Represented IFC in a loan of MXN$2,000 million granted to MAS Leasing and Jolly Haul, through a debtor trust.
