PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Diego Rodriguez has experience advising buyers, private equity funds and sellers in the acquisition process of companies, in both domestic and international transactions. In addition, he has advised clients in real estate projects, as well as in the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios.As to his experience in the financial sector, he has represented borrowers and lenders in structuring and implementing financings, with particular consideration of environmental, social and governance components of investment.

- Represented Walton Street Capital in the acquisition of a portfolio of industrial properties.
- Represented the IFC in the granting of an asset backed credit facility of USD$70 million to entities participating in the tourism industry.
- Represented Citibanamex in the granting of a credit facility backed by industrial property collection rights.
- Represented Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank in the granting of a credit facility of USD$25 million to entities participating in the commodities trading industry.
