Eric Palacios has extensive experience providing tax advice to multinational companies and individuals, in connection with their operations in Mexico and abroad. He has participated in national and international projects in various sectors related to the design and implementation of corporate structures, corporate restructuring (M&A), purchase and sale of shares, among others; managing to facilitate the generation of additional working capital for their companies, recover the capital invested or increase the earnings per share. 

 Additionally, he has experience in the tax due diligence of companies, representation and tax compliance before the tax authorities and support in pro-bono matters.

Eric has international experience in tax in New York (2017), and in finance in Madrid, Spain (2020). He is a member of the Mexican College of Public Accountants (CCPM).
