PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Cecilia Cajiga has 25 years of experience in corporate law mainly collaborating as an in-house lawyer in both public and private companies from different industries and sectors. She has also provided advice to domestic and foreign clients in corporate services such as regularization of companies, which includes due diligence and in compliance.

- Participated in a Secondary Public Offering for the sale of shares in the Mexican Stock Exchange.
