Vanessa Ruiz focuses her professional practice on consulting and administrative litigation before tax authorities, representing the interests of national clients and taxpayers with an international presence. She particularly specializes in contentious disputes arising from the application and interpretation of tax regulations before administrative and jurisdictional authorities in Mexico. 

Additionally, within her professional practice, Vanessa has accompanied taxpayers from various commercial industries and business conglomerates, to navigate in the tax regulatory environment, through the correct application of forensic auditing and advocacy efforts against the implementation of regulatory compliance programs (tax compliance). 

Lastly, within her multidisciplinary experience, she has been part of the strategy and representation of taxpayers in the Federal Criminal Justice System, who are investigated by the tax authorities for the crime of tax fraud and simulated operations.
