Julia Fuentes has experience in merger control, antitrust proceedings, competition compliance programs and non-compete agreements.

 

Julia has participated in merger control proceedings and the defense of clients in investigations before the Spanish Competition Authority and the European Commission. She also has experience in litigation, in appeals before administrative courts against decisions by the competition authorities and in antitrust damages actions. She has participated in the drafting and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts, including distribution, agency and service agreements. 

Prior to joining the Firm, Julia advised on Spanish and European Union law at the Madrid and New York offices of Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca. She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
