PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ana Casasus has experience advising financial institutions and fund managers in local and international financing transactions, as well as in the execution of mergers and acquisitions and real estate financings, among other sectors. As to her mergers and acquisitions practice, she has advised purchasers, sellers and financial advisors in acquisitions and sales of private companies of diverse segments.

- Represented Banamex in the structuring and restructuring of diverse real estate financings, regarding commercial plazas and malls in Mexico City and other states, including Outlets Lerma and the Commercial Plaza Patriotismo.
- Represented Banco Sabadell in the structuring of diverse hotel financings of Grupo Hotelero Sante Fe.
- Represented Prudential in the structuring of the financing granted by Banamex for the real estate projects of Mitikah and Urbania.
- Represented BBVA in the structuring of diverse corporate financings to Gigante and Toks.
- Represented Linzor Capital in diverse financings for its M&A transactions.
