Eric Silberstein has over 10 years of experience advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers and financial advisors in the acquisition process of financial entities and companies in various sectors (including, among others, pharmaceutical, transportation, and food and beverages), in both domestic and international transactions. In the banking area, he has advised borrowers and lenders in structuring, negotiating and implementing structured financings. 

In addition, Eric has experience advising issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, including corporate bonds and equity offerings, in both Mexico and the United States, with a special focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings. 

Eric worked as a Foreign Associate at Dechert, in New York, NY (2013-2015) and is a member of the New York Bar since 2013.
