PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Estuardo Anaya has more than 15 years of experience in the practice of environmental law, including consulting, litigation and development of environmental management and compliance systems, as well as consulting on social issues and legislative projects.He specializes in environmental and regulatory audits of all types of projects including infrastructure, energy, real estate, education and health projects, advising developers, investors, investment funds, financial institutions, and even environmental and energy authorities.

RELEVANT TRANSACTIONS
- Represented a syndicate of financial institutions in the financing of a wind farm with a capacity of 424 MW, located in Tamaulipas, Mexico, for an amount of USD$600 million.
- Represented Walton Street Capital in the acquisition of different real estate and touristic projects located at the Riviera Nayarit, Los Cabos, Querétaro and Mexico City.
- Represented Blackrock in the financing of the infrastructure improvement project serving CFE Petacalco’s carbo-electric generation plant.
- Represented Bravo Energy in obtaining various environmental authorizations for the operation of its oil recycling plant located at Querétaro.
