We represented the lenders, in an unsecured credit agreement to Grupo Axo, for an amount of MXN$2,250 million (approximately USD$115 million), to finance the acquisition of Tennix.

We represented Desarrolladora Vesta, in a term loan of USD$90 million to Corporación Inmobiliaria Vesta.

We represented BBVA Bancomer, in a syndicated green loan of USD$400 million to Iberdrola Mexico. 

We represented BBVA Bancomer, in a financing of up to EUR€353 million to an entity pertaining to Grupo Carso, to be destined to the liquidation and full repayment of other debt.

We represented The Bank of Nova Scotia, in (A) its capacity as administrative agent, and certain financial institutions party thereto, in connection with (i) an amended and restated credit agreement pursuant to which a senior secured revolving credit facility thereunder in favor of First Majestic Silver, was increased to an aggregate amount of USD$75 million, and (ii) the corresponding amendments to certain Mexican security documents and creation of new security interests;, and (B), in its capacity as Mexican collateral agent, acting on behalf and for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and Wheaton Precious Metals International, in the creation of new security interests in favor of the Mexican collateral agent with respect to Primero Empresa Minera’s main assets in San Dimas Mine, located in the States of Durango and Sinaloa.

We represented Bank of Montreal, in the termination of certain credit agreement and in the terminations and releases to the relevant Mexican security documents in favor of Banamex.

We represented HSBC Bank USA, in the amendment of the collateral documents under an amended and restated credit and guaranty agreement, with Samsonite International, and other borrowers.

We represented SMBC, in a MXN$700 million revolving credit facility to Grupo KUO.
